b. You are responsible for providing necessary access, permissions, and cooperation required for the photography session to proceed smoothly.

6. Image Selection and Delivery

a. We will provide a selection of edited images for your review and selection.

b. The final edited images will be delivered in a format agreed upon in our contract, typically via digital download or USB drive.

7. Liability

a. We will take reasonable care in the capture, processing, and storage of images, but we are not liable for any loss, damage, or failure to deliver images due to circumstances beyond our control.

b. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
